1. Agreement

By using XOONPAY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Marketplace model

XOONPAY may list items sold by third-party sellers. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are provided by sellers. We work to keep the platform safe, but we cannot guarantee every listing is error-free.

3. Orders, payments, and refunds

• Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• Payment methods may include cards, transfers, cash on delivery, or wallet (when available).
• Refunds/returns are handled according to the product category and seller policies where applicable.

4. Seller rules

• Sellers must provide accurate product details and photos.
• Sellers must ship products on time and communicate delays.
• XOONPAY may suspend sellers for fraud, abuse, or repeated customer complaints.

5. Marketplace commission

XOONPAY may charge commissions and/or fees on sales. Rates can differ by product category and may change over time.

6. Delivery responsibility (important)

• Seller delivery: when you choose “Seller delivery”, the seller is responsible for delivery fulfillment. XOONPAY is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or performance of the seller’s chosen delivery method.
• XOONPAY delivery: when you choose “XOONPAY delivery”, XOONPAY coordinates delivery with logistics partners. Delivery timelines shown are estimates.
• Sellers using seller delivery must provide tracking details to XOONPAY when available so order status can be shown to buyers.

7. Privacy & contact rules

To protect users, buyers do not get direct access to seller personal contact details, and sellers do not get direct access to buyer contact details beyond what is needed to fulfill an order. Communication should happen through XOONPAY order tracking and support.

8. Identity verification (KYC)

XOONPAY may require identity verification for buyers and sellers to protect wallets, payouts, and marketplace safety. If you submit documents, you confirm they are yours and accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XOONPAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability (if any) is limited to fees paid to XOONPAY for the relevant transaction.
